We’re not much for rules here at Pas De Trai (“pasdetrai.com”). However, there are certain times in life when rules are necessary—such as when they help you win contests. So read the following, then get to entering (and keep in mind that we have the right to alter these here rules at any time).

1. The material that you create for submission to pasdetrai.com may make use of the pasdetrai.com logo. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
2. Entrants must send entries as required in the contest announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. pasdetrai.com will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. pasdetrai.com is not responsible for entries that are sent to but not received by pasdetrai.com for any reason.
3. All winners will be notified by the form/method of contact they provided to pasdetrai.com when they initially entered the contest. If contest was entered by filling out a form or by mail, winner will be emailed or called.If the winner does not respond to the notification within: a) five (5) business days for contests entered via a form, email or mail, b) twenty four (24) hours for contests entered via social media, c) twenty four (24) hours for contests entered via text messaging, another winner will be chosen. Failure to respond within the time frames listed above shall mean that the provisional winner forfeits the prize.
4. Only one entry per person will be considered for contest entry unless the contest announcement specifically says that multiple entries are allowed.

All photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information (collectively and severally called “Materials”) that you submit to pasdetrai.com shall become the sole and exclusive property of pasdetrai.com, and pasdetrai.com shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to you or others any Materials.
6. pasdetrai.com may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of Materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation to you of any kind.
7. By submitting Materials to pasdetrai.com, you represent and warrant that the Materials do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Materials to pasdetrai.com free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.
8. You acknowledge and agree that pasdetrai.com shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any Materials that you submit.
9. You acknowledge and agree that pasdetrai.com may make Materials that you submit available for public viewing, rating, reviewing, and commenting. You acknowledge that comments or ratings that you disagree with or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with Materials that you submit to pasdetrai.com. By submitting Materials to pasdetrai.com, you waive any privacy expectations that you might have with respect to the Materials.
10. You agree to hold pasdetrai.com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature that arise in connection with pasdetrai.com’s use of the Materials submitted to pasdetrai.com and used in any manner in pasdetrai.com’s sole and absolute discretion.
11. All entrants and winners must be at least 13 years of age unless otherwise stated or posted.
12. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.

Neither pasdetrai.com nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of any winner’s use of a prize including but in no way limited to each and every aspect of the taking of a trip or tour as part of a contest prize. pasdetrai.com is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by pasdetrai.com.
14. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, pasdetrai.com in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
15. Contests are null and void in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited by law.
16. pasdetrai.com reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
17. pasdetrai.com reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
18. By entering a contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to that contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

21. Except in the case of contests in which winners are selected as outlined in clause 19(c), each contest will state a deadline for entry and the date when the winner(s) will be announced. A list of winner(s) may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped (first-class postage) envelope to pasdetrai.com and requesting the list.
22. pasdetrai.com reserves the right to condition the award of prizes upon the execution by the winner(s) of a publicity release. Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrant for pasdetrai.com to use the entrant’s name (without compensation to the entrant) if the entrant is a winner to publicize the contest and otherwise, as determined by pasdetrai.com, unless prohibited by law.
23. pasdetrai.com reserves the right to require the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility as a sworn document and provide other proof of eligibility as a condition of receipt of the prize or award.

All entries must be received and recorded by the sweepstakes’ stated end date. pasdetrai.com’s designated official judging organization’s computer is the official time keeping device for this sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility. Use of the pasdetrai.com Services and registration to be a Member for the pasdetrai.com Services (“Membership”) is void where prohibited. By using the pasdetrai.com Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information that you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 13 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the pasdetrai.com Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning if we believe that you are under 13 years of age, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age and you represent yourself as 18 or older, or if we believe that you are over 18 years of age and represent yourself as under 18.
3. Term. This Agreement and any posted revision to this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the pasdetrai.com Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by contacting us. pasdetrai.com may terminate your Membership at any time for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement, including Sections 5 to 17, will remain in effect.
4. Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify pasdetrai.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
